how to make a Love Meter with Ren'Py?

So here, I need you guys help again! I'm wondering how am I going to make a love meter like the meter in the game Winter in Fairbrook & Summer in Fairbrook with Ren'Py. Is it possible to create something like this? Or I need some other program to do it and add it in? But how am I suppose to do it?Besides, I wanted to add animation into a Ren'Py make games. But I can't find any animation file. So where can I download it? Or there is somewhere else? I need more information about the love meter things and lots of Ren'Py engine information. Probably if can, please provide photo for me.
