part of my game was deleted... does anyone know how to get it back

If you need a new download for a game you bought off our site, forward your receipt to support and we can get you a new one. Most download game sites will do that - since we're not selling you a physical copy we should make sure you can keep playing your digital one

(Although you might want to try and figure out how you deleted part of your game so it doesn't get screwed up again.)

I bought the game a while back and deleted the email with the receipt information. IS there another way to prove that I did buy the game? Is it possible for you to look up my information?

If you send your name and email address to support we can try to find you in the records, but it's harder without the receipt - if we don't know how and when you paid it's tough to know where to look, and since people often use slightly different names or email addresses... it might not match.
