Rune puzzle help=spoiler altert

Ok i am on the puzzle with the book of moses symbols and i tried to do it but it doesn't seem to work.


The symbols on which i think they are in orfer are
Air(upside triangle with a line through it)
fire(Upside triangle)
water(upside down triangle)
earth)upside down triangle with a line thorough it)
Saturn(looks like a h)
Jupiter(looks like a 4)
mars(circle with a line going diagonal)
Sun(circle with a dot inside)
Venus(circle with a line going down)
Mercury(another funky symbol with a circle)
and spirits(the pentagon?)
is that is or is it the wrong order

I had the same trouble, it stumped me for ages. Especially since it seems I was probably mis-entering it the first dozen times, which confused me more...

Anyway - your description sounds mostly right to me. Specifically, Mars is the same as the 'male' symbol, and Venus the 'female' symbol; Mercury is the same as Venus with little horns.

The last two, spirits and shemhamforasch, are the ones I never worked out from any reference, so I was trying them both ways around. I'm told after the fact that 'shemhamforasch' is considered a 'five-fold name'.

ok so would i put the pentagon on twice? Does the no symbol box have anything to do with this challenge?

you are completely right. the empty area is counted as one of the tiles, number 11.
