Depends on where you're buying it from?

If you buy from me, no, you just pay the cost of the game and you have it for keeps.

There are other places that let you buy an individual game cheaper if you have a membership, but then you have to buy *A* game every month. This can be a good deal if you want to buy a lot of games.
