HELP!!!!! The Stupid Keypad is driving me insane!!!

Someone please help me I have been on the computer for 5 hours (I'm not even kidding). I do not get it. I've already done the searches and everything. Will someone just please give me the code for the keypad in the kitchen before I take a hammer to the computer? (I have one right down stairs and I'm not afraid to use it
