Can't get past fighting the cult//skip code problems.

Okay, so, I'm fighting the cult...at first I just went with the flow and set it up my own way and what not. It didn't work. So...I tried a few sites with tips telling me where to put certain people and when to attack-blah.blah.blah..none of them worked. I tried everyone of them, and I kept restoring everyone's health when it got low, I attacked so that the blue bar wouldn't grow...none of it worked. Finally, I decided to resort to using the skip code. But it didn't work. When I use the skip code, a box appears saying:
"COMPLICATION ERROR in string to be executed
Error in code at line 1:
1380
at postion 4: variable name expected."

And then I have the choice to ignore or abort. If I ignore, I continue on with the cult battle; if I abort, the game shuts down completely.

Help?

Okay, that's totally my fault.
I didn't check out the cheats section to realize that I had to put the other stuff in there with the code.
