Error on setup: The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain

I purchased and downloaded Fatal Hearts but got the following error message:

"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

I downloaded it from all 3 links and also tried entering the product ID and password onto the site and all 4 times I got the same error message.

Please can you help me get it to work? And if not then can I have a refund?

It's best to contact me over email for this because I need to ask you a bunch of fiddly technical questions about what sort of computer you have and the like. I'm *guessing* you're running either Vista or 7 because we've been having a handful of reports about this lately. It seems like Microsoft has issued some new security update that is causing this older game to not install sometimes depending on how people use it.
