Skip Puzzle Complication

I'm having a problem using the codes to skip the puzzles. I type them in correctly but when I hit enter there is a window that pops up and says:

COMPLICATION ERROR in the string to be executed
Error in the code at line 1:
skip_puzzle()645

at position 16: Variable name expected.

Then it gives me the option to Abort or Ignore. When I abort, it forces me to exit the game and it still won't let me skip when I return to the puzzle. It is the same if I ignore only it won't exit the game. Is there any way to fix this or will I be doomed to try and win the car chase???

I think you're misunderstanding the directions.

First off, you're trying to skip puzzle code number 645, correct? Here's what you should do:

1. Press F10
2. type in skip_puzzle()
(DO NOT ADD IN ANY NUMBERS. JUST PUT THAT IN.)
3. It should pop up another box now. Now, put in 645 and click enter.

You should now be able to skip over the puzzle.
