how do you do the piggy bank puzzle

please help im completely stuck ive been trying for a long time but i can't seem to get the note out isn't there a way to get it out or the cheat code for this puzzle?

You can find the cheat code and hints from downloading the strategy guide

Otherwise, the easiest way to get it out is to push the money under the hole then rotate the hook so it looks like it's inside the dollar bill, that way when you lift it up the hook won't catch on the sides.
