Fatal hearts poilceman puzzle

Try as i might, i cannot complete the policeman puzzle, it's totally driving me mad, i've used the official strategy guide, i've tried three different suggestions from the fatal heart forum, nothing is working!!!? I get to the three bushes to the left and because the policeman moves two paces to my one, he always seems to catch me, when all the guides and forum suggests you head to the bushes go up and then the policeman should go back to the body but he always catches me no matter which combination around those three bushes i try!! please help, many thanks

Can you draw out the path you moved on a screenshot? That would make it easier to give suggestions.

The policeman will go back to the body IF he cannot see you and he couldn't find you at the last place he saw you. If he can see you, he'll always move towards you. If he can't see you, he'll try to find you by looking where he last saw you.

So when you're moving, look at where you are in relation to him - can he see you?
