If you end up as a maid, your Dream is too low. Without a strong Dream, your character lacks the courage and inspiration to run her own business.
If you end up as a chef, you were spending way too much time cooking.
You get points towards the Innkeeper ending for:
doing the maid job
doing the cooking job
doing the bouncer job
doing the waitress job
staying at the inn
your Mind stat
The rest of your stats don't actually give you points towards this ending at all. But a high Cooking stat WILL give you points towards being a chef, so if you're a great cook, you'll probably turn out to be a chef, not an innkeeper.
