I assume the guy who shows up every so often when you're working as a barmaid or singing in the street. He says "Hey, you're a pretty girl, aren't you?" and he offers to pay you to "party" (sleep) with him.

Just to add a bit further, the only importance that guy has is if you want to raise your sin level and thus get a certain ending in the game.

I love that guy

Don't ask why but I just do. He also shows up when you're working as a bouncer and when you're trying to get the slacker ending. I call him Justin. Don't know why but he looks like a Justin to me.

He seems kind of creepy ... but useful. I just work in the church whenever my sin gets too high.
