Doesn't Work with newest Mac OSX

I tried the demo of the game on my mac (it's running the newest OS, 10.11) and the game doesn't work.
The Hanako Games site says it works with 10.8 and higher, but on my mac it seems that the demo isn't working at all. It'll open two little application icons, but neither will open the game window.

Will this be changed or should I just not bother with it?

Unfortunately this is a very old game and Apple often changes things when they release new OS versions.

While we may take a look at some point and see if there's a solution, I can't say when and I can't promise that there will be anything we can fix on a game this old. So unfortunately you may be out of luck.
