the games can't run

hi everyone,

i'm realy need help,i download free demo cute knight deluxe but the game can't run and i got error message it say "unexpected error"
i try everything and setting sound effect off and music off to 1 but the games still not run and i still keep getting error message saying the same thing,please some one here help me i'm realy need play this games and if the games work i will actualy buy it because i have playing the original cute knight and it is realy cool games and i love it,i'm realy need continue my games on cute knight deluxe...please

and i'm sorry about my bad language

what kind of computer do you have? maybe your computer isn't strong enough to run it

probably either you got a broken demo copy or your computer doesn't have enough memory or something, sorry, i don't know

Hmm maybe you can try to uninstall the game and then reinstall it again. See if that solves the problem. Or maybe run anti-virus software and see if that helps.

If either of those possibilities doesn't work, then maybe hanako can figure out what's going on.

hi i've try it that tips you gave me but the games still cannot running,i dont know why...everytime i open it always i'm getting the same problem
it say "unexpected error occured when running the games" that's what i'm always get it,i try all the tips but still the game wont run
when i'm running anti-virus i got proactive defense warning detected
riskware:hidden install then i press deny after that i got error message again it say "unable to execute file in the temporary directory.set up aborted" error 5:access is denied
i have cute knight original and other games in my pc they working properly,just only cute knight deluxe did'nt work and to dificult to install it
realy make me stress,i think after i'm going crazy just because this one game because i'm realy need it

That's odd, I can't think of anything that the Deluxe version should be doing differently than the non-Deluxe version, unless you had the one that comes on CD. (The CD version of Deluxe is packaged with different stuff because of the publisher.)

If you downloaded the demo... hrm, maybe something went wrong during download? Once in a while downloads drop a few numbers here and there and you end up with a file that doesn't quite work. Did you try deleting the copy you have and installing a new one?

I'll try to think of any other possibilities...

yes i download and uninstall them many times but its not working
please help me,tell me what to do?
