How do I raise taming?

Hi,
I am new to Cute Knight and I love it I'm just getting my feet wet and I think have a grasp of the basics. How do I raise taming? Is it something that you can only learn by doing?

you can raise taming by:actually taming animals in the stable or you can cheat this is the cheat code : global.tame=250 Sets Taming to 250 (250 is max)

When you've worked at the library enough to unlock the job that involves children, that also raises Taming.

Thank you both. I suspected that taming is something you only learn by doing. I got distracted searching for college courses and spells
