At least for me this is relatable, with equinoxes.Like there is hard deadline and if you fail it horrible things will happen (because you didn't achieve enough to meaningfully change the world)
At first you just try to balance studying and your low energy levels. Then you get first job opportunities which give you money, but at the same time you have to keep learning because you can't keep doing these gigs forever if you want to do something with your life and also you need to pay for learning (even if you cut every corner time is still money, including time which you spend learning something useful)
At some point you finally lose parental control and can fit much more activities into your schedule, which might be a good or bad idea (and will inevitably lead to periods of time where you just lie down in your coffin for weeks).
Then you achieve some expertise and finally start landing slightly more decent jobs, and also you can do some side stuff with your new skills which helps.
Then your brain finishes developing and suddenly messed up sleep schedule becomes a really bad thing because you can do much, much less during the day; and at the same time you realize that you didn't do nearly enough to achieve your primary goals so you really struggle and only with some luck you can pull this off
