Introductory Notes

It's been in development since at least 2017, actually, but only off and on, since I was more busy with Wolf Hall things at the time. Anyway, it is now much further on and is expected to release by Halloween. In the meantime, there is a Hanako games page, an Itch page, and a Steam page all hooked up. Wishlisting on Steam should get you a notification when it launches there.
This forum may eventually move to being a subforum under Cute Knight since it's kind of a spinoff - but it's a spinoff rather than a true series entry, so maybe not, and definitely not yet. It does not take place in the same world or timeframe as those games, it's set in the modern day. There is an RPG minigame, but it's got less emphasis than it does in Cute Knight, and the symbol-magic system doesn't exist. More importantly, it's got a dual-protagonist setup (the vampire and her butler) rather than being solely about a girl training herself.
If you peer through the Secrets forum you can see how the vampire raising sim got mentioned in many yearly polls!
