Okay, so I have been wondering, are there any other ways to beat this? Aside from the standard way you can Heal the vines and then climb them, use White magic to give you an extra clue about the standard way, and possibly use Open on the door (although I don't think you can get it that early) but has anyone found anything else?Wait... Take a lot of green magic classes and never take any gym classes. You should learn the Sicken spell and have 20 hp. When you're in the dungeon, save before doing anything. Casting sicken does up to 10 damage so you need to cast it on yourself twice. If it does less damage, load the saved game and try again - after a while you should be "lucky" and have it do 10 damage twice.ParrotWatcher:

My blue specialist used Teleport Other to move the door away, for what it's worth.ParrotWatcher:

If you go Red, you can also Blast open the secret door. There doesn't seem to be any benefit to doing so, but it works.#9 by Blacktwig - May 21 2019
I accidentally used "Trigger" in front of the vines, and since they are just at the side of the door, I managed to open it. It surprised me a bit xD.
