[SPOILER ALERT] How to get Ashley's good ending?

Hello everyone! Longtime lurker, but first time posting here.

How do I get Ashley's good ending? I keep getting the neutral one no matter how hard I try.

Here's what I did:

--> Everyone is definitely good
--> Jump in
--> Pay the man
--> It's important
--> Agree
--> Explore the city (during the break)
--> Mark and Ashley
--> Of course you're good enough

Anyone?

Try changing just that first answer.
