gallery avatars being weird

I'm trying to add gallery avatars for this game, but it added the first three and now refuses to show any more that I upload. And if I try to delete the three that are already there, it still shows them as the only three options, just with broken image displays. Annoying. I'm hoping something's just being slow to update, but if anyone can actually see MORE than three heads uploaded in the EnglandExchange forum avatar gallery please let me know!
