Mac demo not working

I'm downloading it off Hanako's website but when I try to open it it just says that the file is damaged and I should trash it D: Has anyone else had this problem? I really wanna try this game!

That 'error' is the message Gatekeeper gives you when it has automatically deleted files because they weren't downloaded from somewhere it recognises, like the app store.

If you do a websearch for gatekeeper and "file is damaged" you'll see a bunch of people talking about this and instructions on how to temporarily disable that feature... but it will automatically turn itself back on again in a month.
