I found the watch and suspended the person whose room the watch was found in.

Why isn't the quest finished ?

Maybe I am missing something but harassing the other people in the case only led me to losing rep.

Is the person back from suspension? I'm pretty sure a case can't resolve until the suspended person has returned to school.
