My saved games are getting a bit messy and jumbled, is there any way to delete some of them? I looked in the saves folder and there weren't any saved games in there. I have Windows 8 if that helps at all.

Which saves folder did you look in? Some versions of windows get kind of weird about how they store data, but they should be around somewhere. They use a custom file format so they may not look exactly like renpy saves usually do, though.#3 by MintChoco - Jul 7 2015
I looked into a folder titled "game" and inside of that folder was another folder titled "saves". I naturally thought, "Oh, the saved games must be in here!" but, alas, there weren't any.hanako:

Open an Explorer window
Click on the location bar
Type %APPDATA%
Press enter
Double-click the Ren'Py folder
Double-click the BlackCloset folder
The .bcs files are the saves; you want to keep any other files.
