Okayyy so I've finally gotten the courage to post my PC/Grabiner story on ff.net. It ended up being pretty epic! I'm planning on posting a chapter every Monday, Wednesday and Friday... for maximum suspense, of course.

Love it! Just started reading it and it has inspired me deeply. I really like your plot twist, and I'm excited to read more.

The only problem I have is the teleportation thing. In Damien's storyline we see one lousy demon who's not even the most powerful in his class can teleport one girl to a far off location and then teleport her back. So the matter of fact ton threw me off a bit.

I like how you convince me of things with Grabiner. You really pull him off quite well, in ways I wouldn't write him. I'm always afraid to trample on his character, yet you do it fairly well and don't seem afraid like me XD;

Even so, Damien is hardly a powerful magic user who has had years of experience and explicit knowledge of such a thing. Just seems silly to me.

It's been awhile, finally got caught up
The cold & flu is starting to go around here, was stuck in bed for awhile lol

Another kiss yayy too bad it got interrupted!
Grabby's really going to have to talk about Violet with Eliza one day, but i have a feeling with him it could take a while.
Starting to worry about Potsdam, seems to me like Beardy is only interested in one part of her lol
Love Eliza & Mrs.Crafts friendship, nice to have someone come to the rescue at dinner time.
Giggled at Grabby getting bullied into being a host for dinner, something funny about him not always getting his way in the marriage.

You have to wonder though where Potsdam keeps disappearing too, sneaking around with that Beardy i guess lol.
I miss Grabby when he's not in the chapter, but i've enjoyed the card reading!
Wouldn't mind getting it done myself
Worried about that Empress card though, Eliza's too young to be having kids now!
I don't think Grabby would be too happy if that happened while she's still in school.

Hi Ashley, I had a lot of fun with the card reading so I'm glad you liked it. It's based on a live reading I did for the story, believe it or not... I had to switch the order of a few cards to have it make sense with the story, but the most important cards (especially the knight of swords at the beginning and the Empress at the end) showed up as you see them in the narrative. Funny the way these things work out... but we'll just have to see how they fit into the story as it continues!

Grabby's Daddy just keeps getting worser, i'm not even going to believe some of the things he said. I think he's just trying to upset Eliza!
Can't believe Potsdam would be against them like that, i wouldn't be surprised if she tried to get them together but i don't believe it was for money. She does seem to like the two of them together.

I took the name "Eliza Moon" from one of my favorite YA novels growing up, The Facts and Fictions of Minna Pratt by Patricia Maclachlan... the title character uses the name as pseudonym in a letter, and I always thought it would be a perfect name for a witch. It does have a lovely built-in Pygmalion reference, and I know you caught Hieronymous's reference to that in Chapter 5. (I don't think he approves of My Fair Lady, but I sure do.)

"piglet" is really an ominous endearment coming from Professor Potsdam. In fact all the baby animal references are just not as cute as they used to be. Eeeeeeeeeeee. :)

That was really sweet. I loved both the scene with Tabby last chapter and the conversation in this one.

Sniff! I really enjoyed this. You captured the characters very well, and though I was pretty sure what Eliza would decide and that it was the right choice, one can't help feel bad for them having to spend the next year or two apart.

BRAVO BRAVO!! i stayed up all night reading this(which is a big deal for me, i wont elaborate more other then the fact that it is very unusual for me to do so) ive read quite a few fanfics(this being the first for MD) and this was wonderful! after reading the last chapter i began clapping and then realized how strange it was to be doing that for a story on the computer... i will admit my interest wavered during the drawn out battle of wits and i was tempted to skip to the last chapter and see how it ended but im glad i didn't for a few reasons. Reason 1: i would have been totally and utterly confused at how things had unfolded into that state and 2: i would have missed out on more of your wonderful writing! im sure i could think of more flattering things to say but ill stop here as i can see ive already written quite a bit. i will say that reading this has reignited a fire in me for writing fanfics. i think i shall attempt to restart one i had previously started on Fatal Hearts, but in a completely different direction then i had first intended. i will FINALLY stop my self from talking by saying this: Thank you for a WONDERFUL story.

Oh joy so (on one of my playthroughs) my father in law (well he is not really a 'father' is he? More like a he she) is a murderer, great! Anyway this was an amazingly detailed and well thought out. I know it may not mean much, but I approve!

Can I just state, that this story was absolutely SO well done.

I only just came across it a week ago, and had it read and looking for more.
Perhaps a sequel to the story. a "four years later" kind of scenario?

Thank you for writing a story SO well done. If your hopes to become a YA are sincere, I would like to be a first of many to congratulate you on that path, as I can see no other alternative but a resounding yes if you follow through with that choice
