Issue with version parity among GOG, Itchio, and Steam, and also among builds of a same store

Greetings.From what I could gather, there's pretty much no parity among all releases of the game (or at least all the ones that I could find).
Those are their updates, for easier identification:
GOG's version:
- Linux update is 1.3.23.4
- Mac update is 1.3.94
- Windows update is 1.3.21
Itchio's version:
- Linux update is 1.3.20 (which doesn't even start, btw, giving a traceback error instead)
- Mac update is 1.3.94
- Windows update is 1.3.93
Steam's version:
- Linux update is 1.3.95
- Mac update is 1.3.95
- Windows update is 1.3.25.1
