Help! My game isn't running anymore

So yesterday I tried to use the debug menu to input some cheat codes (since I've already beaten the game multiple times), I opened the debug menu but decided not to input anything in the end. When I tries to run the game again, it would pop up in this tiny window and I couldn't select anything with the mouse. I tried to fullscreen the game and it crashed, now it does that everytime I try to open the game.I'm not the most computer-savvy person so idk what's going on. Does anyone know how I can fix this? T_T
