What really happened to Elodie's mom?

Your dad claims that using magic wound up killing her while Selene claims that to the best of her knowledge El's mom died a natural death in a circumstance which didn't require any magic. And, of course, Togami boasts of having your mom murdered.

Did Togami poison Elodie's mom to kill her?

I believe that is discussed/revealed in a certain story path, but I haven't found it myself. I think it has to do with the "find a mirror" achievement

She was taken away and genetically mutated by the aliens then.

Given the extent of her mutation now...

She dare not show herself in the kingdom because their is no way they'd believe she was human once and then hunt yeah.
