Anyway you can take on Shanjia via Intrigue?

I saw in one ending in which you kill Togami that there were offers of Alliance from Ministers who did not like Togami which Eldoie ignored.

I take it there is no way to take on Shanjia via Intrigue or is there?

Right now Intrigue vs Shanjia is mostly useful to provide information about Togami and to detect the war buildup in time to mobilise the fleet. Another method may be added in a patch eventually.

A good thing to add might be ways to ally with Shanjia ministers and/or nobles who don't like Togami.
