drastic measures

I can't seem to train my presence high enough and my magic high enough before the ball to pass the sense magic check. I thought I'd just resort to drastic measures, but Julianna didn't show up after I visited the treasury. Is there some trigger I'm no longer passing?

Your mentor will only step in with drastic measures after the ball. You can't get your Lumen on early unless you manage to do it yourself.
