[Spoilers] Question: A Week 36 Outcome

I've been wondering how to have Joslyn survive the duel. The only problem I have is that I read on the Wiki that you need to "have your agents look for Lumens", and I don't know how to open up that option because I don't believe I've ever seen it. I've seen every outcome except for this one, and I've been curious about it.

There's a particular known Lumen you meet very early in the game who you can antagonise and throw into jail. If you lock her up and never let her out, she eventually escapes, and is then an option to assign agents to look for.
