Is there anything that brings cruelty down?

Rather simple question: if Elodie is cruel then the stat goes up, but are there any redeeming things she can do to bring the stat down?

There is one act that can, iirc, lower cruelty just a little, but in general no.

I'm not a big fan of the "kill a puppy, then donate to an orphanage" karma model.

That's what I figured, the game doesn't seem to be the type for redemption arcs, but I also figured there was no harm in asking.
