Glitch involving Lucille, version 1.2.13 (giant spoilers)

So I was a naughty princess and debugged nearly all stats to 100. Since I could now accuse Lucille of trying to murder me, thanks to Ciphering being at 100 (and survived the subsequent "accident" by making her eat her own spell), I went with that option.

However, the dialogue with the King and Elodie after the ball says that Elodie still has no idea who hired the assassin, besides the hirer being from Merva, despite Lucille pretty much admitting it. If it's Elodie just being paranoid, since Lucille didn't out and out state it, forgive me.

Is that even vaguely possible without cheating, though?
