A better ending for Julianna (UNMARKED SPOILERS)

I have tried.

I have gone through so many playthroughs, going through twists, turns and all arounds, trying to find the epilogue mentioned in the wiki and on TVTropes, in which Julianna can marry Selene and adopt Briony as heir for the duchy of Ursul, but... Goddamnit, I can't seem to trigger it for the life of me. I can sink the Shanjian fleet with magic, I can become Togami's minion, I can cause a civil war, I can find the magic mirror, I can do anything except that.

What skills do I have to nurture to be on the right path? And, perhaps more importantly, what choices do I have to make to get this particular epilogue to happen?

Or maybe I am pursuing a red herring, and this epilogue never existed. Is it even possible to achieve?

I should note, I am a spoilerhound, and this is literally one of the last few things I have left to do, probably the most difficult of them (I have a few ideas about how to get things like paying a ransom for the death of someone). So feel free to go wild with spoiling me. If you prefer to not spoil other people, private messages will do.

This ending requires changing the public opinion of Lumens. (And that Briony is still alive, for the heir part.) You want to publicly show off that magic is cool while avoiding letting events happen that might suggest that magic is bad.

Horrible monsters and explosions? Bad. Saving your country? Good.

I'll leave it to others to do more specific hints if they like, this is just a general idea.

I have an idea of what makes magic look bad, but I'm not sure of--

I guess I will have to humor a certain person's request, after all. All things considered, if that is not public, then nothing is.

Yeah. You've got to change the people's opinion of Lumens from "bloodsucking witches" to "sparkly magical princesses."
