Ok. I have 100 foreign intelligence on Week 9 when Banion appears but Elodie keeps failing the test!! I have her in her Cat Suit as well, so I'm pretty dang sure it should not be failing??
IS there something else going on here because IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.
Sorry if it seems like I'm being rude I just find this.

You need 20 in Foreign Affairs, not Foreign Intelligence.

A lot of skills/facts in the game Elodie will only know about if she reads about.
