I tried so hard and i cant get evil minion event...if someone would like to share save just before shanja invasion i will appreciate it~~

For the evil minion event, Elodie's cruelty skill has to be high enough to enable it to happen. It's a hidden stat so you can't see how high it is but doing certain actions, such as executions and choosing severe acts, should get the cruelty stat how high enough. I'm not entirely sure on this but if you're able to unlock the hunting option on the weekends, depending on Elodie's mood, that might help to increase cruelty as well.
