I heard there was a way to win Togami over with "peace and music" and I still can't get this ending no matter what. I've been trying to get my "expression" skills as high as possible but to no avail.

There's many steps necessary to get to that point, it's a pretty tricky outcome. You need to know that he's INTO music before you can try to use music on him - that requires learning about foreign leaders.#3 by firegirl957 - Sep 21 2012
aha thank you! I tried to boost up the other skills and nearly got that ending but then that Jerkwad slapped me and realized that I actually needed to boost up my presence as well for him to even acknowledged my speech Not an easy thing to get...
