Um, My really old computer that I had the game on broke. So I got a new one, do I have to buy LLTQ again?

If you have your license key from your purchase email you may be able to upgrade straight from a demo download - doesn't work for everyone though. Otherwise you need to contact me privately with your order details so I can get you a fresh download email.
