The Evil Minion Ending?

I can't seem to get the Evil Minion ending, I raise my foreign intelligence or something like that so I know about Togami's marriage but I can't get the minion ending I raised my stats with the cheats but it ruins the fun of it I reckon.

Help?

You'll have to fulfill these criteria:

- Kill either Lucille during the gala or the condemned man, and you'll get a spare Lumen crystal.
- Show it to Julianna and understand more about crystals.
- Be evil. Kick puppies, execute people.
- Pick that you'll want to join him when Togami arrives.
