How to team up with other Lumen:
There is a Lumen you can recruit to your cause at the Week 17 Ball, provided that you have sufficient Sense Magic.

How to get to the Kraken:
You need the Lumen above to be recruited, as well as not having Julliane in the dungeon. Sometime before the battles on Week 35/36, you'll get the option to use the Lumen team you've recruited to decimate the invaders (provided you have max Wield Magic I believe). This leads the way to the Kraken awakening.

Evil Minion:
You must accumulate around 10 cruelty (a hidden stat), which is acheived by committing evil acts (like executing folks), or Hunting while Angry. You also need to have talked to Julianne enough to learn about how Lumen's might transfer power. Then, when the invading prince arrives (provided you didn't decimate his army), you'll have the option to become his evil minion.

There is another recruitable Lumen as well (discoverable if you shun Julianna completely, or if you get your Sense Magic up high enough and then do faith-related activities). It is possible to have a team of four making the big explosion.

I had 100 faith and Lumen for all stats by week 36 but I still couldn't get the priestess.

You have to do faith-related activities AFTER getting your Sense Magic up high enough to detect Lumens, in which case Elodie may notice that the priestess is one, and unlock a conversation with Julianna about it.

Dancing with someone scandalous at the gala - but it has to be the right someone scandalous.

This may require making sure that the other someone scandalous isn't present.

Terrible family secret?

How do you discover the terrible family secret? I have everything on the checklist but that, apparently... is there a certain stat you need?

It's a complicated bit of storyline involving Briony. If you bring her back to the palace with you, but then talk her out of going to the Old Forest, she instead confronts her mother. After that, she'll write you a letter with a final section in code. If you have enough Ciphering you should be able to work it out and get some inkling of the Terrible Family Secret.

I personally wound up unlocking it by bringing Briony back to the palace, only to have Briony's mother rebel against me, resulting in me shipping Briony back to her as a sign of good will. And then after I finished killing everyone, the letter came up, complete with the code.

...The way everything interacts works in fun ways sometimes.

Execute Brin during the Ixion crisis, and when Banion insults you during the ball, challenge him.

I got it! I actually didn't do it that way, though. Possibly any outcome to that scenario that Banion doesn't like would do it, combined with a general lack of awesome rulership (I was trying for 'vote of no confidence' at the time.)
