does anyone know how to become a spy or a Minion? I could use some hints

i dont think you can become a spy, but you can hire one. not sure what week but a musician comes to the castle trying to get a job. thats the event thats key for that one. some other people talked about how to become an evil minion in another post on here (looking for which one right now) ill post the link if i can find it before you do
