Missing the simplest possible ever stuff

So I'm missing the simplest stuff ever in the checklist such as,

Spoken to Adair's father at the Gala
Faced a vote of no confidence
Challenged someone to a duel
Been sent flowers by a woman

It also says I didn't get the civil war one, but thats a glitch as I most CERTAINLY did. On a side note, nice pictures in the update. /thumbs up/

Anyone want to help me out? Of course I can find a tentacle monster and become evil, but I can't say hi to someone at a Gala.

You need high Divination.

If you got the civil war when you were playing earlier before the checklist was implemented it wouldn't be counted now.

All four of those items have to do with the Gala. Two of them will require you to have *really* pissed somebody off early in the game. The last is tricky because it involves a menu option that leads to different people depending on what you've done in the game so far.

Actually funny enough, I did play it when the checklist was implemented. In my evil minion playthrough I did it just last night! XD

I got the flowers, do I also need high divination for all the others? I'm especially curious as to who sends me flowers..

High divination several weeks before the gala is needed for the option to talk to Adair's dad.

If you got the flowers event after the gala it should have said who the flowers were from...

No I mean I didn't get the event, and I want to know who will do it! I maxed out my dancing thinking that was it.....nothin. I'm so stuck on these last THREE! XD

It's not about how well you dance, it's about who you dance with. Also, keep in mind that this particular individual, depending on your earlier choices in the game, may not even be at the ball. If you still can't get it, there are some more hints to offer

I assumed it was 'someone scandalous' but I didnt get it when I picked that.

Depending on events, there are three different characters who might be your dance partner if you choose 'someone scandalous'.

To find the others, arrange matters to ensure that the first person is definitely not present at the gala.

Because if she's present, Julianna is the one Elodie picks - but Julianna already has a love interest and is not attracted to our princess. If Julianna is locked up or banished, then Elodie will dance with someone else instead.

Soooo.how do I go about challenging someone to a duel and getting a vote of no confidence? Still can't get those two.

Not that I have seen. Only got there once, was not able to even see option to sacrifice your cousin. I think.....not though since it is specified as a young sacrifice, like virgin sacrifice thing? Newly made Lumen? That sorta thing.

Haha. I remember I got the vote of no confidence my first play through, because I didn't know what skill checks were coming up so I raised them pretty randomly...

No one liked me! LOL
