Spare Lumen Crystals.... Any idea?

I don't know if there are any other ways, but having Sense Magic (and other Lumen skills) will help you when you get the encounter with the man who murdered his wife.

You need very high value, around 80 in Sense Magic
I do not recall, if you need resist magic or not.

I'm pretty sure you do need 'Resist Magic'. He gets angry when you out him as a Lumen and tries to attack you.

My Elodie had a high Resist Magic and she remarked his attack was easy to avoid because he telegraphed it so far ahead of time.

I'm not sure how high Resist Magic has to be though, since any time my Sense Magic has been high enough to detect him as a Lumen my Resist Magic has been just as high.

Well if you go for the Lumen crystal as early as possible (and I mean as early as possible) and max out your magic stats before the ball you can get defeat your aunt and I assume you get hers? If I remember right. XD I'll have to replay it.

Or you can recruit your aunt at the Ball.
