Running Away With Damien

I read on Magical Diary Wiki that you can run away with Damien. Is this true and if so, how do I do it?

You take Damien's path and then at the end when Ellen gives you an ultimatum you promise that you won't talk to him again, after that when you see him you talk to him, breaking your promise to Ellen.
