Questions about buying the game

Hello everyone! Newbie here. I really loved the demo of this game and some of the other Hanako game demos that I tried.

Sorry if these questions have already been addressed.

1) Is it safe to buy from this website? I noticed there were no privacy policies or contact info on the website...or maybe I missed it.

2) What will be done with our personal info after the order goes through?

3) If there are any technical problems with playing the game, do I ask for support here in the forum?

I don't mean to be pushing any buttons with all these questions, but I knew people who had problems in the past after buying things online. Made me a little too caution I guess.

1. Well, I'd say yes, of course, but hopefully the other customers hanging out around here will reassure you as well. With this particular game you can also purchase through Steam if you like.

2. If you order through BMT Micro, whatever information you give them is stored in their database, which is useful if you need a new download sometime in the future - I can look people up by their name, email address, and mailing address to find their order records and issue fresh links. That's the only thing I use any of that information for. I cannot see credit card numbers, that information never goes to me at all.

3. There's a support link here - http://www.hanakogames.com/support.shtml - but quite often asking on the forum is faster because there's only one of me and people may be around on the forums even when I'm asleep. Also, if it's on the forum, other people may be able to read the answer, which is helpful if they have trouble.

Obviously some problems are only going to be fixable by Spiky or myself, but many questions get covered here.
