Question about summer break and Grabiner's Path

So Potsdam is pretty much pushing the player on Grabiner's path to stay over summer break and all over holidays including spring break. Is this possible? If not, will it ever be possible? If so, how can you choose to stay the summer without being expelled? I'm DYING for this option. xD

There's no way to spend spring break with Grabiner. If you have 40 or 45 demerits at the end of the school year and then fail the final exam, you'll get the option to take summer school, but it's not "with Grabiner" like Potsam wants.
