So I tried looking on the hanako games site for an email to send this to, but there wasn't one can someone tell me who i email to get a product code for steam. or tell me who to email to get support?

There is a Support link on the main site header which appears on every page.

(But I know, it's easy to overlook those, especially if you're expecting it to be somewhere else.)

In a pinch you can PM me with your order details but it's preferred to handle it over email since my PM inbox is limited.
