Donald path help (probable spoilers)

hey it's the eternally asking questions girl again! have you missed me? XD

So getting to the nitty gritty i could really use some tips for donalds oath considering the fact that i usually play the goody goody ends the game with 50 in every magic, has the position of treasurer and 50 merits type which makes pursuing donald....different i know i have to get detentions alot for his path so what i'm asking is....

how on earth do i even do that without failing every single exam? I mean i can obviously get the first detention for not having taken each class before the first exam but after that can someone tell me what to do?

You don't HAVE to get a lot of detentions. You'll see Donald a lot during detention, but it's not necessary to get a lot of them.

It's a good idea to get detention by defending Donald during the magic duel since that gets you a Donald point, but that won't lose you merits or anything.

Also, if you've had a detention (by failing an exam) before defending Donald, he'll ask you to ask William about him, but that's not a necessary event. You CAN get a Donald romance without ever failing an exam.

Donald also knows how to get extra merits as well.

Haha, you're the annoying questions one? HAVE YOU SEEN ME I AM INSANE

On that note, pretty much what Zooqueen said. The scene with William helps and if you screw it up its screws the romance but you know, dont need it.
