How do I fix this?

I bought the full game of Magical Diary around last year. This year I got a new laptop but I can't download the game again from my e-mail because the thing expired. How do I get the game on my new laptop without having to buy the game entirely again?

You need to forward your receipt email to my support address so I can give you a fresh download link.

You wouldn't mind giving me instructions on how to do all this would you? Sorry but I'm not very good with technology I have an old lady brain.

Depending on your email software, there may be a 'forward' option, but otherwise you can just write a new email and copy-and-paste your order information out of it. You can send it to me either by email or by PM in the forums.

Mostly what I need to know is the name and email address the game was registered to so I can find it in the records.

Actually, me and my friend bought the game together. It was originally sent to her e-mail but she forwarded it to me. I paid $20 for it and she paid $5 but it was in her e-mail address.

In that case any new download would have to be sent to her again.

I got my old laptop fixed so I could transfer my stuff! I simply moved the game to my new computer. So I have it again now, thank you for your help anyway!
