I've been working on a fanmade walkthrough and I've actually made a list of all the ways to raise your Cute stat (that I know of). Not all of these will be available in every game, since some paths will close the door on others, but there should still be enough things to get you up to 100. Here's the stuff copied from my walkthrough.

*The following items at the magic shop raise your Cute stat: Fairy Wings, Star Wand, Tiara.
* If you take Blue Magic on your first day, you and Ellen will discuss the ceiling. Say you’d like to decorate it with “Something pretty.”
*If you participate in Initiation, say Damien’s “voice is like butter” in his love letter.
*If you take gym class the week of September 23, you’ll run into Kyo and he’ll ask you for advice on how to impress a girl. Suggest giving her presents, then suggest giving her cuddly toys.
*If you participated in Initiation and said Damien’s “voice is like butter,” your Cute score will go up if you try eating the whole pie.
*If you run for president (not treasurer), pick “Lady Lampshade Head” as your campaign name.
*If you run for president or treasurer and do NOT work with William, you can give out free hugs during campaigning.
*If you go to the mall on October 26, you’ll run into Virginia trying to pick out a birthday present for Donald. Suggest some kind of toy.
*If you participated in Initiation, you’ll run into Damien on the night of the Dark Dance and your Cute stat will go up from talking to him.
*If you win the bunny at the arcade and decide to keep it, your Cute score will go up if you equip it.
*If you go out to eat with Damien, you can raise your Cute score by ordering something random.
*If you have detention on a day you’re supposed to meet Damien, you can rush to tell him for an amusing scene and some Cute points.
*If you’re Ellen’s Secret Santa, give her a card with fairies on it.
*If you’re on Virginia’s path, look at accessories when you go to the mall together.
*If you’re on Ellen’s path, send her a romantic valentine and then panic when she asks you about it.
*Order Professor Potsam a romantic valentine.
*If you’re on Damien’s path, give him a romantic valentine.
*If you study with a high Stress score, you might find yourself getting frustrated (this event happens randomly). Seek hugs to raise your Cute stat.
*If you offer to kiss the opponent during the sixth dungeon exam, your Cute stat will go up.
*If you’re on Donald’s path, he’ll offer you the chance to help out with the play. Saying you want to help with advertising raises both your Cute and Weird scores, but you won’t get to actually help out.
*If you’re on Donald’s path, when he asks you if he’s still cool, tease him saying he was never cool.
*If Jacob is treasurer (and you have at least 20 dollars) buy a dance lesson from him.

You can't dance with Jacob at the actual ball, but if he's treasurer he'll hold a fundraiser where you can buy dance lessons from him.

It just so happens that I have that in my walkthrough as well. Again, not everything will be available in every game, but this should help.

*The following items at the magic shop raise your Weird stat: Wacky Glasses, Bat Wings, Wiggle Wand.
*If you take Blue Magic on your first day, you and Ellen will discuss the ceiling. Say you’d like to decorate it with “Something interesting.”
*When you see Ellen going through Virginia’s stuff, go find Virginia, then say Ellen’s trying to steal her underwear.
*Refusing to participate in Initiation will raise your Weird stat, but will close the door on Damien’s path.
*If you participate in Initiation, say Damien’s “teeth are like knives” in his love letter.
*If you take gym class the week of September 23, you’ll run into Kyo and he’ll ask you for advice on how to impress a girl. Suggest giving her presents, then suggest giving her wind-up toys.
*If there are any magic classes you haven’t taken by the first exam, Professor Potsam will offer you the chance to skip the exam in exchange for a detention. Choosing the detention raises your Weird stat.
*If you run for treasurer (not president), pick “Lady Lampshade Head” as your campaign name.
*If you run for treasurer and work with Grabner, Virginia will wonder if you have a crush on him. Say maybe and your Weird stat will go up.
*If you run for president or treasurer and do NOT work with William, you can perform interpretive dance during campaigning.
*If you run for president, saying you’ll “crush your enemies” and “demand perfection” and saying the most important thing is “public discipline” will raise your Weird stat by a longshot.
*If you go to the mall on October 26, you’ll run into Virginia trying to pick out a birthday present for Donald. Suggest a banana.
*If you have detention on October 26 (from failing the exam), you can ask Grabner to spank you (I’m not making this up).
*During dueling practice, duck away from Donald’s spell for some Weird points.
*If you participated in Initiation, change the subject during your discussion about Ellen and William, then suggest that Virginia likes Damien.
*If you’re treasurer, suggest black candles for the fundraiser.
*Wake everyone up on the morning of December 13.
*If you won the bunny at the arcade but gave it to Big Steve, he’ll show up and ask you to kiss the bunny. Kiss it – you’ll raise your Weird stat and your Stress will go down as well.
*If you’re Ellen’s Secret Santa, give her a card with frogs on it.
*If you’re Virginia’s Secret Santa, give her a card with frogs AND put it on purple or black paper.
*If you’re a member of the secret society and choose “no one” during the Christmas ritual, you’ll cackle.
*If you’re on Virginia’s path, you and she will get into a discussion about clothes. Suggest she wear a clown outfit.
*Again, if you’re on Virginia’s path, wear funny hats when you go to the mall together.
*If you’re NOT on Ellen’s path, buying her a romantic valentine will raise your Weird score.
*Order Professor Potsam a funny valentine.
*If you’re on Damien’s path, give him a funny valentine.
*If you study with a high Stress score, you might find yourself getting frustrated (this event happens randomly). Blow off steam to raise your Weird stat.
*If you’re on Donald’s path, he’ll offer you the chance to help out with the play. Saying you want to help with advertising raises both your Cute and Weird scores, but you won’t get to actually help out.
*If you’re married to Professor Grabner, your Weird stat will go up once the secret is out.
*If you’re on Damien’s path, your Weird stat goes up if you plead with Professor Potasm.

For summer school, you need to have 40 demerits by the final exam (failing exams is the easiest way to get demerits) and then fail the final. The easiest way to fail the final is to choose "No, find the exit" when Ellen and Virginia each have ideas on how to pass the exam. However, if you're on Ellen's path you'll automatically agree with Ellen and if you're on Virginia's path you'll automtically agree with Virginia, in which case to fail you need to run out of mana from casting too many spells.

Anyway, after you fail you should have a total of 50 demerits, and Professor Potsam will give you a choice - stay at school and leave your family behind, or return home and lose your magic forever. Choose magic to get the Summer School trophy.

It took me FOREVER to get the Divorce trophy, but I finally figured it out. First, win the treasurer election, then fail all the following exams, plus do a little something extra for demerits like casting Spirit Sight at the Dark Dance. Save Professor Grabner from the monster, then fail the next two exams. You should end up with too many demerits before (it has to be BEFORE the end of the year) the end of the year and then you'll get the trophy.

It's not completely finished yet. I'll put it up when it is.

But hanging out only a little with Donald means you "lose" demerits alot faster then you gain them. Atleast for me, exept from when I got thrown out when entering the "wedding tunnel" or whatever you call it... Confused
