Strategy guide thoughts

Having been encouraged to try the Damien ending on my blog I got to thinking about a strategy guide again. I was thinking that since there I assume it's going to be a pretty big one why don't you add something if you make it purchasable. I'm not sure how that would work but say add like a special accessory for people that did purchase it.

Another thought is, that if you are not continuing making it that you mentioned a wiki page and even linked 2 version. There-in lies the problem. I'm sure people are not sure which one to post on. Maybe chose one you like and link it on the webpage you have as the official wiki for the series. That way it can get more publicity and hopefully more people to add things.

Anyway, these are just some thoughts I had.

I can't really declare something 'official' when they're not created or hosted by me. I didn't start either of the wikis, and being wikis, they can be edited by anybody and therefore the information isn't necessarily accurate. Also, since they're not hosted by me, I can't control if anything bad happens to that site, or if they put weird ads on it or anything like that.

It looks like only one of the wikis I spotted is getting any activity - that would be http://magicaldiary.wikia.com/wiki/Magical_Diary_Wiki - so it's probably the best one to add things to. The other one seems to be abandoned. But I have no idea who started it or who's working on it.

No official news on a strategy guide yet. There's so much information, it's hard to figure out a really good way to present it all in order to make it most useful. I can list every event in the game and the variables they affect, but that'll be rather hard to search through for specifics... Also, we have to tweak the game engine to allow for optional add-ons as well as standard updates.
